For all treatments which are not paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied when the final payment is made. Payments are subject to the standard practice policy which is available upon request. All sales are final. In the event that Ben Palin, Anna Pergamalian or Jelena Vesnic are unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Stradbrook Dental & Implant Clinic will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. The consultation fee discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Stradbrook Dental & Implant Clinic will exercise reasonable care to ensure that the treatment provided is safe and effective. However, Stradbrook Dental & Implant Clinic cannot guarantee that the treatment will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues; we encourage you to contact the Practice immediately so that we can address your concerns. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights, including any claims for personal injury that may arise due to negligence.
Please note that the Practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts strictly as a liaison between the patient and the treating clinician only.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Stradbrook Dental & Implant Clinic negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Stradbrook Dental & Implant Clinic can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
