FAQ's - New Dental Patients

I would like to register with you as a new patient. How do I do this?

Registering with us couldn’t be easier. Just get in touch either via the contact us form or by telephone on 01732 770666. Our friendly reception team will then take your details, book a new patient examination appointment to suit you & answer any queries you may have.

How much does it cost for a new patient examination?

Please see our dental fees page for our new patient examination fees which exclude X-rays (available at an additional cost).

What happens in a new patient examination?

On your first visit we will spend some time getting to know you. During your visit, your dentist will carry out a full mouth examination, which will include your teeth and oral tissues. At this examination radiographs (X-rays) are usually taken. Following this examination we will be able to detail your treatment options.

How do I pay?

We ask our patients to pay at the end of each appointment. We accept cash, cheques and all types of credit and debit cards including American Express, contactless and Apply Pay. We also offer other financing options.

How much do treatments cost?

We give all our patients a printed treatment plan and estimate for the treatment prescribed at their examination. See our Plans and Fees page for more details.
