^{This offer is open for all individuals who are new general dental patients at Stradbrook Dental Clinic. The offer is only available for new general dental patients and does no include specialist consultations for implants, endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery or prosthodontics.}

^{Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit will be charged at an additional cost.}

^{Appointments for the New patients are subject to availability. The Tncard discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that Stradbrook Dental Clinic is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Stradbrook Dental Clinic will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the appointment must be cancelled in the event that Stradbrook Dental Clinic is unable to facilitate the appointment and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient. The Tncard discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.}

However, Stradbrook Dental Clinic cannot guarantee that the treatment will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues; we encourage you to contact the Practice immediately so that we can address your concerns. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights, including any claims for personal injury that may arise due to negligence.}

^{Please note that the Practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts strictly as a liaison between the patient and the treating clinician only.}

^{Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Stradbrook Dental Clinic  negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Stradbrook Dental Clinic can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.}
