What if I need to cancel an appointment?

Please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep to an appointment. If you have a Monday appointment we would need to hear from you on the Friday) or regrettably a cancellation fee of £43 will be payable.

For long complex appointments written policy in the treatment plan take precedent.

What do I do if I have a dental emergency?

We do our best to see patients with genuine dental emergencies on the day they contact us. It is best to call us as early as you can, so we can arrange to see you. For emergency help outside opening hours, please telephone the practice and listen to the recorded message for advice and contact numbers.

Can I park at the practice?

We are very fortunate to have parking available at both our sites in central Tonbridge and invite you to use these spaces when available for the duration of your appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that parking will be available and the closest public car park is lower castle field car park, 5 The Slade TN9 1HR Lower Castle Field car park, Tonbridge – Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council (tmbc.gov.uk).

Thank you for your continued support and help to ensure our parking facilities can be accessed. We also have a bike rack at the front of the practice that patients are welcome to use.

Do you have suitable access for people with disabilities?

We have ground floor surgeries and can provide access for people with wheelchairs. If you have any special requirements, please call in advance to ensure we are able to meet them.

Do you offer interest-free credit?

Yes, we do. We have a 0% finance offer for treatment costing more than £500.00
