How they work

Implants are the modern way to permanently replace one or more missing teeth.
First a titanium implant is gently placed into the jawbone. This then bonds with the surrounding bone forming a stable and secure base for the replacement tooth.
Once the implant has bonded with the bone and the surrounding tissue has healed, the tooth is restored with a realistic crown.
Once in place the restored tooth provides full functionality and a natural appearance.
