How do I make an appointment?

Simply telephone us on 01732 770666, call in to see us or make on appointment using our online booking form.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

Please give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep to an appointment. If you do not let us know in advance, with regret a cancellation fee will be payable.

What do I do if I have a dental emergency?

We do our best to see patients with genuine dental emergencies on the day they contact us. It is best to call us as early as you can, so we can arrange to see you. For emergency help outside opening hours, please telephone the practice and listen to the recorded message for advice and contact numbers.

Can I park at the practice?

Yes, there is free parking available.

Do you have suitable access for people with disabilities?

We have ground floor surgeries and can provide access for people with wheelchairs. If you have any special requirements, please call in advance to ensure we are able to meet them.

Do you offer interest-free credit?

Yes, we do. We also accept the full range of other payment methods including credit and debit cards.
