Prosthodontics
Rene Roets is our GDC registered Specialist in Prosthodontics, and joined our practice in 1997 when he left his own practice in Cape Town.
He qualified from the University of Witwatersrand with a masters degree in fixed and removable prosthodontics. He has passed on much of his knowledge to hundreds of other students via lectures to under-graduate and post-graduate students at the University of Stellenbosch, where he was also an internal and external examiner.
Rene particularly enjoys carrying out more advanced and complex cases. He finds satisfaction in helping patients who are having problems with compromised dentures and relishes the challenges of implant dentistry, in which he has 22 years clinical experience.
